How I made the decision to start my blog

I am finally starting my personal blog after 4 years. I started posting several blog posts back in 2012, but I did not go too far after a few stories about myself. I guess I really did not have any idea what to post about back then, so I posted anything and everything under the sun. I can definitely attest to what they say about most blogs - it's easy to start but definitely hard to maintain and sustain. But yes, I'm back! And I am committed to it this time, with a plan and a vision as to where I want it to go. This is one of my goals for 2016. It is my prayer that I can share my life and learning to you through this blog and that you to can share your learning with me. I know I have a lot to learn myself!

Goal Setting

Speaking of goals, this is the first thing I want to talk about on this post. At the start of this year, one of my favorite blogger/vlogger, Charmaine Dulak reminded me of how we have to set up goals for ourselves, short term and long term goals, to define the direction of our lives. To paint a clear picture of the path we want to take and the plans we have for ourselves. So as per her advise, I did write some of my goals in back in January. After the first 3 month of this year, i looked back on the goals I wrote and I realized than non of them were even one step close to completion. So here I am, taking that baby step to "Start a Blog".

As you can see, I still have a few blank spaces there, I have a lot of things in my mind but I dont have a concrete goal to put them into words, so hopefully before the year ends I have something on these spaces. It feels great to know what you want to accomplish, and to actually act on the ideas you have on your head and make them real. Dream do not come true by miracles, it comes true by working hard and making them happen. This is my first step to reaching my dreams, and you are part of it.
